PckSwarms
Got it done and uploaded intime for EuroBSDCon 2006. A nice time was had by all. The software, paper, etc, is all on the PckSwarms page.
Back on the reduce power kick, so, we're back to the SPARCstation 4. 50watts of power goodness. Bit slow, but it does work. Just for reference it's not quite half the speed of the single cpu SPARCstation 20 with a 85mhz SuperSparc II in it. According to my tests, a 85mhz SSII runs about as fast as a (non-existant) 170mhz MicroSparc II.
Patched ecl 0.9i so that it builds with the Boehm garbage collector on OpenBSD 3.9. I'll do 4.0 once my disks come in from msys.ch. The patches live here
